Snickers Protein Bliss Balls vegan
ingredients
- 80 g roasted peanuts
- 80 g of soft dates e.g. Medjool
- 80 g dried apricots unsulphured
- 40 g protein powder vegan about 2 scoops
- 2 tablespoons nut butter e.g. Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- additional cocoa powder for rolling
instructions
- Crush all ingredients in a blender (Food Processor) to a doughy mass. The peanuts should still be slightly lumpy.
- Make small balls out of the mass and roll the balls into cocoa powder or dip into liquid chocolate.
- Store the Bliss Balls in the refrigerator or freeze them for a long time.
