Snickers Protein Bliss Balls vegan
ingredients
  • 80 roasted peanuts
  • 80 g of soft dates e.g. Medjool
  • 80 dried apricots unsulphured
  • 40 protein powder vegan about 2 scoops
  • tablespoons nut butter e.g. Peanut butter
  • tbsp cocoa powder
  • additional cocoa powder for rolling
instructions
  1. Crush all ingredients in a blender (Food Processor) to a doughy mass. The peanuts should still be slightly lumpy.
  2. Make small balls out of the mass and roll the balls into cocoa powder or dip into liquid chocolate.
  3. Store the Bliss Balls in the refrigerator or freeze them for a long time.
